Look Who’s Truckin’

This card was also part of my gift to my Hostess last weekend, another card I’m sure she can use for her great grandsons.

I used Tempting Turquoise, scored and folded as my base card.  I added a layer of Basic Black card and then added the three embossed pieces.   The Pumpkin Pie card has been embossed using the Stripes Embossing Folder, the Real Red card has been embossed using the Square Lattice Embossing Folder and the Pacific Point card has been embossed using the Perfect Polka Dots embossing folder.

I inked the truck image from the I Dig You stampset using Real Red, Pacific Point and Basic Black Stampin’ Write Markers and stamped onto Whisper White card.  I inked the present image using Pumpkin Pie and Real Red Stampin’ Write Markers and used my Stamp-A-Ma-Jig to position it into the back of the truck.  I attached a mat of Basic Black card and attached it to the card front using dimensionals.  I stamped “look who’s turning” from the On Your Birthday stampset onto Whisper White card using Real Red ink and punched it out using the 1 1/4″ square punch and attached it to a 1 3/8″ square punched from Basic Black card.  The greeting was also attached to the card front using dimensionals.

This is a really bright, happy, fun birthday card for any little boy and the greeting lets you personalise with the recipients age.
