Classes and Workshops

This page will constantly be updated as classes and workshops are scheduled.  At the moment I am running only one of each class (with the exception of  my Stamp-A-Stacks – I am trialling one additional mid-week, daytime class) but if demand is high I can schedule additional classes.  If  you would like me to come to your home and run this class for you and your friends please contact me to discuss.

Beginners Class – One on One

Cost:  $15.00

Time:  Contact me to arrange a time.

I have decided to hold classes one on one for beginner stampers who would like to learn more about stamping without feeling overwhelmed by coming to a class with others.  I will cover all the basics of cutting and assembling a few simple cards.  As well as supplying some information which can be taken home and studied again and again.  I would like to share my love of stamping and papercrafting in a friendly, no pressure situation.

If you think that you would like to participate in this type of class, please contact me – krismac8@bigpond.com to arrange a suitable time.

March Class

Date: Thursday 19th April and Saturday 21st April

Time: 9.00am on Thursday and 12.30pm on Saturday,

Cost: $30.00

This month’s class is a technique class.  We will learn 5 techniques, create technique cards so that you can refer to it to recreate the technique at home and we will create one card using each of the techniques.  The techniques we will be covering this month are “Thumping”, “Distressed Brick”, “Re-inker Butterflies”, “Split Negative” and “Stained Class”.    I will provide all the supplies you need to create these projects and of course we will have time for some light refreshments.   Just updated the photo for this class.  We will make each of these cards during class.

Remember space is limited so if you would like to attend this class then contact me early to reserve your place  krismac8@bigpond.com.

April Memory Keeping Class

Date: Sunday 29th April

Time: 10.30am to 2.30pm

Cost: $10.00

I am going to trail something different this year with our Memory Keeping Class.  Instead of a Friday night, I am going to hold the class on a Sunday about every 6 weeks or so.  I will create one 12 x 12″ page for you to create if you wish or you can use the pieces to create something you are already working.   Please bring along some of your memory keeping so that we can all get some more photos onto pages.  You can bring your digital/project life or even some cards if that’s what you want.  I am looking forward to getting more of my pictures in albums and off the computer.  You will need to bring what ever projects you are working, something for lunch, I will provide morning and afternoon tea and plenty of tea and coffee to keep us going.

You will also need to bring along your own basic tool kit with adhesives etc.

Remember space is limited so if you live in the Narangba area and would like to attend this class then contact me early to reserve your place  krismac8@bigpond.com.

    Hi Kris,
Happy New Year to you and your family! I was up til 2:30am last night. No, not partying but scrap-booking! I made a 40th scrapbook page for Neil (Michelle Leeding’s new hubby) as we have his party on the 8th Jan. I was really happy with how it turned out – will have to get someone to take a photo for me. Anyhow, can you please book me in for both of these classes on the 8th and 22nd January. Looking forward to another year of fun, friendship and crafts! Karen 🙂
