I said I would pop back and share the Make and Take projects from our Brisbane Party Time event.

We created a gorgeous cover for our Kraft Grid Journal.  The stamp set we used was  Choose Happiness.  We coloured the leaves using the Old Olive Blendibilities, leaving a section of each leaf uncoloured.  A strip of Sweet Sadie Washi Tape decorates the spine of the journal.  I only stamped my images at Party Time, I finished the colouring and assembling at home.  I added a little Linen Thread to my cover (mostly because stamped my images too much to the left and the right side looked a little blank).

We also created a beautiful card using the Choose Happiness stamp set.  This time we stamped the flower and coloured it using Rich Razzleberry and Old Olive Blendibilities.  We also added some DSP, but I can’t remember which collection this comes from – sorry.

For our last project we decorated one of the cute Petite Cafe Gift Bags, also using the Choose Happiness stamp set.  This time we added DSP, a couple of banners and held them in place with a wooden clothespin.  A small flower, rhinestone and linen thread decorate the clothespin.  These Petite Cafe Gift Bags are perfect of giving a home baked gift (they are food safe).
