Ocean Birthday
Today I am trying out another card sketch that I found here on Pinterest. I embossed Basic White card using the Painted Texture 3D Embossing Folder and attached it to scored and folded Cajun Craze ink. I stamped the largest seaweed image from the Beauty of the Deep stamp set onto Basic White card using Pretty Peacock ink. I masked the image and stamped the long seaweed image using Shaded Spruce ink. I also stamped the smaller seaweed image using Old Olive ink. I stamped a couple of the small fish image from the Beauty of the Deep stamp set around and over the seaweed images.

I used the second smallest square from the Stylish Shapes Dies to cut out the image and layered them onto the lower left hand corner of the embossed Basic White card. I stamped “happy birthday” from the Simply Said stamp set using Cajun Craze ink. I used one of the banner dies from the Stylish Shapes Dies to cut out the greeting. I did cut it twice to give a longer banner. I attached the greeting to the card front using dimensionals.

I stamped the anchor image from the Beauty of the Deep stamp set onto scrap Basic White card and cut it out using the co-ordinating Beauty of the Deep Die. The anchor is attached over the end of the greeting banner using dimensionals where necessary. To decorate the inside of the card, I stamped the greeting from the So Sincere stamp set using Cajun Craze ink. I stamped the large seaweed image onto the lower left hand corner of the stamped Basic White card using Pretty Peacock ink. I masked the image and stamped the tall seaweed image over the top twice using Shaded Spruce ink. I am not quite sure whether I like the finished card or not. What do you think?
Bye for now,
Kris
