Rosey Birthday
Today I am sharing a card I created for a friend for her recent birthday. I embossed Basic White card using the Plaster Painting 3D Embossing Folder before attaching it to scored and folded Berry Burst card. I stamped the large rose image from the Stippled Roses stamp set onto Basic White card using Smokey Slate ink. I coloured the image using Berry Burst and Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends. I cut out the image using the co-ordinating Stippled Roses Die and attached it to the card front using dimensionals.
I stamped the greeting from the Stippled Roses stamp set onto Basic White card using Berry Burst ink. I cut out the greeting using the banner from the Heart Shaped Dies. The greeting is attached across the rose image.
To decorate the inside of the card, I stamped the greeting from the Unbounded Love stamp set onto Basic White card using Berry Burst ink. I stamped the single rose image from the Stippled Roses stamp set onto the lower left hand corner of the Basic White card using Smokey Slate ink. The image is again coloured using Berry Burst and Granny Apple Green Stampin’ Blends. Such a pretty card, don’t you think?
