Seaside Birthday
Today’s card was inspired by a scrapbook page I was working on and I am so happy with the outcome. I embossed Basic White card using the Seaside Wishes Hybrid Embossing Folder. I attached the embossed panel to scored and folded Pool Party card. I die cut Petal Pink card using the seaweed die from the Beauty of the Deep Dies and attached it to the upper left hand side of the card front. I stamped the “sand dollar” image from the Seaside Wishes stamp set onto Basic White card using Pool Party ink.
I cut out the image using the co-ordinating die from the Seaside Wishes Hybrid Embossing Folder and attached it to the card front, overlapping the seaweed slightly. I cut Basic Beige card using the intricate “sand dollar” image using the die from the Seaside Wishes Hybrid Embossing Folder and attached it slightly overlapping the other images on the card front. I stamped “happy birthday” from the Simply Said stamp set onto Basic White card using Pool Party ink. I cut out the greeting using the largest banner die from the Beautiful Butterflies Hybrid Embossing Folder.
I dipped the two long edges into Pool Party ink and attached the greeting to the card front using dimensionals. To decorate the inside of the card, I stamped “let’s celebrate” from the Simply Said stamp set onto Basic White card using Pool Party ink. I stamped the “sand dollar” image from the Seaside Wishes stamp set partially over the greeting using Pool Party ink which I stamped onto scrap paper first. I just love this card, don’t you?
