Shy Shamrock Birthday
For this card I attached a panel of the Shy Shamrock In-Color 6″ x 6″ Designer Series Paper to Basic Thick White card. I stamped the large floral image from the Spotlight on Nature stamp set onto Basic White card using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I coloured the image using Petal Pink and Shy Shamrock Stampin’ Blends before attaching the panel to Shy Shamrock card and then to the right hand side of the card front. I stamped “happy birthday” from the Simply Said stamp set using Shy Shamrock ink.
The greeting is attached to Shy Shamrock card and then the card front. I stamped the butterfly from the Spotlight on Nature stamp set onto Basic White card using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I coloured the image using Petunia Pop and Shy Shamrock Stampin’ Blends.
I cut out the image and curled the wings. The butterfly is attached to the card front with dimensionals underneath the wings and Multipurpose glue under the butterfly body. To decorate the inside of the card I stamped the greeting from the Unbounded Love stamp set onto Basic White card using Shy Shamrock ink. I stamped the butterfly from the Spotlight on Nature stamp set beside the greeting using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I coloured the image using Petal Pink Stampin’ Blends. I also attached a narrow strip of the same In Color Designer Series paper across the bottom of the Basic White card.
