It’s Your Day
This week in my Facebook Live I shared some cards I created using the Coneflower Celebrations Bundle. For this card, I stamped the greeting from the Coneflower Celebrations stamp set onto Basic White card using Gorgeous Grape ink. I punched out the greeting using the Heartfelt Hexagon Punch. I punched Gorgeous Grape card using the same punch. I attached the greeting to the Gorgeous Grape hexagon before attaching the whole piece to Basic White card.
The Basic White panel is attached to scored and folded Gorgeous Grape card. I stamped the flower image from the Coneflower Celebrations Stamp Set onto Highland Heather card using Gorgeous Grape ink. I coloured the petals using Highland Heather Stampin’ Blends. I die cut the flower head twice from Daffodil Delight card using the Coneflower Celebration Die and attached them to each flower. I used dimensionals to attach the flowers around the greeting on the card front. I stamped three leaves from the Cornflower Celebrations stamp set onto Old Olive card using Old Olive ink.
The leaves are cut out using the co-ordinating Coneflower Celebrations Die. I attached the leaves to the card front, tucking the ends underneath the flowers. To decorate the inside of the card I stamped “birthday wishes” from the Simply Said stamp set using Gorgeous Grape ink. I stamped the butterfly image from the Coneflower Celebrations stamp set onto Basic White card using Gorgeous Grape ink. I coloured the image using Dark Daffodil Delight and Highland Heather Stampin’ Blends. I cut out the butterfly using the co-ordinating Coneflower Celebrations Die and attached it beside the greeting.
