Scrappin’ Ethan’s Birthday
I thought the scrapbook sketch challenge at Sudsol this week would suit photos from Ethan’s Bowling Birthday Party.
I started with a Night of Navy 12 x 12″ page and rolled it with the Spot On Jumbo Wheel using Night of Navy ink. I added my journalling to an A4 Sahara Sand page and then added my photos. I used Real Red cardstock and the Timeless Type Junior Alphabet to create my title. I added my photos and then added my “bowling balls” across the bottom of the page, actually the sketch called for circles and I thought that they would be cute as bowling balls. I used my circle scissors to cut the large circles and my 1 3/4″ , 1 1/4″ and 1″ circle punches to create the “bowling balls” from Real Red, Garden Green and Night of Navy cardstock.
I love how this page turned out and I know that Ethan will enjoy looking at it as well.
Bye for now, Kris.

The bowling balls really complement your photos perfectly. Looking at them, I can feel like I’m there in the bowling alley!
