A new week and a new challenge

This week the challenge at Late Night Stampers is to use this photo for inspiration to create a card.

I decided to use the colours in the photograph to create my card.  I took a piece of Whisper White card and added a strip of Tempting Turquoise card down the left hand side and then embossed the piece using the Square Lattice Embossing folder.  I attached it to a base card of Certainly Celery.  I stamped the image from the Just Believe stampset using Certainly Celery ink onto Whisper White card and attached it to a Certainly Celery mat.  I added another piece of Certainly Celery which has one edge punched using the Eyelet Edge Punch over the top of the Whisper White card.  Then I tied a bow with some Whisper White 1/4″ grosgrain ribbon and wrapped it around the whole piece.  Then I attached it to the card front using dimensionals.

Simple, but you know how I love clean and simple cards.
