Marina Mist meets Seaworthy

Here is another card I created for this week’s challenge at Sunny Challenges & Creations.

I started with a base card of Whisper White.  I used the Colour Spritzer Tool and my Marina Mist Stampin’ Write Marker to add some colour to the Whisper White card.  I tore the top edge of a piece of Night of Navy card and added a strip of Marina Mist card which I had run through the crimper.  I stamped the “surfer” image from the Seaworthy stampset onto Whisper White card using Night of Navy ink and punched it out using the 1 3/4″ Circle Punch.  I cut a 2″ circle of Marina Mist card using the Circles Originals Die and then added a Night of Navy 2 3/8″ Scallop Circle.  I attached the image panel to the card front using dimensionals.  I stamped “happy birthday” from the Sincere Salutations stampset onto Whisper White card and punched it out using the Large Oval Punch.  I attached it to a Night of Navy Scallop Oval and then attached it to the card front using dimensionals.

I love the beautiful texture you get when you use the Colour Spritzer Tool with the Stampin’ Write Markers.  I also love the dimension you get from the crimper, but often forget to use it.
