More Project Life
For my workshop last weekend I wanted to show that you can use the Project Life products in more than one way. Some of you are still on the fence about pocket scrapbooking and may want to see a more traditional way these products can be used.
I layered two of my photos (in the centre) onto Whisper White card and then attached these photos and two more onto Basic Black card. I attached the Everyday Adventure Project Life Cards to Crushed Curry card and attached them onto the top right and bottom left corners. I used the letter stickers from the Everyday Adenture Project Life Accessory Pack to create my title. I used the Project Life Journalling Pens to write onto the card on the bottom left and added one of the sticker hearts from the Accessory Pack. I punched the two long edges of a strip of Bermuda Breeze card using the Scallop Border Punch and wrapped it with Whisper White 5/8″ Organza Ribbon before attaching it across the centre of the page. The whole piece is attached to Whisper White 12″ x 12″ card. I ran a strip of the Washi Tape that comes in the Project Life Accessory Pack across the bottom of the page. Lastly I tied a bow using the Whisper White 5/8″ Organza Ribbon and attached it using Glue Dots.
Again this is a simple page but I love how quickly it came together. The central strip of ribbon and card hides some imperfections in the lengths of the photos and helps to unify the page.
I have to say I love these photos of my grandchildren on the first day of school. Ava is the only one at home this year and she will be going off to Prep next year. They are all growing up so fast and so wonderfully. Love them all to pieces.
Perhaps I have helped you to see some of the possibilities for these wonderful Project Life products. The new catalogue launches next week and you will then be able to purchase several more of these wonderful Project Life Card Collections and Accessory Packs. I can’t wait!
Bye for now,
Kris
