I have had the Confetti Stars Punch since the Holiday Catalogue was released but so far hadn’t used it.  I was inspired to give it a try after seeing these gorgeous cards and tags by Jennifer Arent on Pinterest.

I punched the top of Real Red card using the Confetti Stars Punch and attached it to Brushed Gold Card.  I cut the word “Noel” from Brushed Gold Card using the Wonderful Wreath Framelit Dies and attached it to the Real Red card just below the stars.  I attach my words using Tombow Multipurpose Adhesive which can be a little messy, so you need to be careful and only use the smallest dot of glue along the back of the letters.  I attached Real Red 1/4″ Cotton Ribbon to the back of each side of the Brushed Gold Card and tied it in a bow on the front.  The whole piece is attached to scored and folded Real Red card.

Inside I punched Real Red card once again using the Confetti Stars Punch, attached it to Brushed Gold card and then Whisper White card.

I tried this in another colour but my husband and I (he is my biggest fan and greatest critic) decided that the Real Red was the best combination.

Hope this inspires some of you to try this fantastic punch.
