My youngest daughter Emma is celebrating her birthday today and unfortunately we can’t be with her to help in the celebration.  I hope she is having a wonderful day being spoiled by her family.  However I did make a card which I thought I would share with you.  I hope she has already received it because she does visit my blog.

I attached a length of Sahara Sand 7/8″ lace trim behind a piece of Sahara Sand designer series paper from the Neutrals Colour Collection before attaching it to Whisper White card.  I stamped the background stamp from the You’ve Got This stamp set onto Whisper White card using Sahara Sand ink.  The stamped card is attached to Rich Razzleberry card and then the card front using dimensionals.  I stamped the flower from the You’ve Got This stamp set onto Whisper White card using Stazon Jet Black ink.  I used my Blender Pen to pick up Rich Razzleberry, Old Olive and Daffodil Delight ink to colour in the flower.  Once I had finished colouring, I cut the image out and attached it over the background stamp.  I kept the inside of the card extremely simple, adding Rich Razzleberry card wrapped with another piece of the Sahara Sand 7/8″ lace trim.

Simple, but I think, extremely gorgeous, even if I do say so myself.  What about you, what do you think?

Anyway once again Happy Birthday to my lovely daughter.
