Freshly Made 336

May 14, 2018

Today I am sharing with you a card I made using the Freshly Made Sketch challenge for this week.   I attached a piece of True Gentleman Designer Series paper to Whisper White card and then to scored and folded Night of Navy card.  I used Balmy Blue ink (one of the new colours to be added to the colour spectrum with the release of the new Annual Catalogue) to sponge colour all over Whisper White card.  I stamped the greeting from the Lift Me Up stamp set onto the sponged Whisper White card using Night of Navy ink.  I attached the sponged Whisper White card to the card front using dimensionals.  I stamped the large balloon from the Lift Me Up stamp set twice onto Whisper White card using Night of Navy ink and cut out the images using the matching Up and Away Thinlits Die.  I stamped one small balloon from the same stamp set onto Whisper White card using Night of Navy ink and cut it out using the matching Up and Away Thinlits Die.  I stamped two large and one small clouds from the same stamp set onto Whisper White card using Smoky Slate ink and cut them out using the matching Up and Away Thinlits Dies.  I attached one small and only large balloon onto the card front using snail and the second large balloon using dimensionals I attached the small cloud and the large cloud on the right using dimensionals.  The partial cloud on the left is attached flat to the card front.

To decorate the inside of the card, I sponged a little Balmy Blue ink onto the lower left hand corner of Whisper White card.  I stamped one small balloon using Night of Navy ink and two small clouds using Smoky Slate ink onto Whisper White card.  The balloon and clouds are cut out using the matching Up and Away Thinlits Dies before attaching over the sponged area on the Whisper White card.

I love this card, don’t you.  I am so glad that this stamp set is carrying over to the next Annual Catalogue.

Bye for now,

Kris
