Grandparents Day
Today’s page shows off a selphie taken when we attend Grandparents Day at Jae’s school. It’s not a great photo of Ron and I but it was the only one we got on the day so I will live with it because it reminds me of the special time we spent with Jae. I attached 3″ squares of Sea and Sand Designer Series Paper (which is no longer available) to Basic Black card. I also attached one square of Basic White which I embossed using the Macrame 3D Embossing Folder. The last panel contains my journaling which I printed onto Basic White card.
The Basic Black panel is attached to a Basic White 12″ x 12″ page. I attached Adhesive sheet to the back of a piece of Basic Black card. I used this piece of Basic Black to cut using the beautiful floral die from the Artistic Dies which I attached over the embossed Basic White card. The photo is attached to Basic Black card and then the page, partially covering the die cut.
What I truly love about this page, is that the layout could be so easily adapted to any Designer Series paper or embossed panels and the photo could be either landscape or portrait and it would still work. What do you think?
