Harvest Birthday
Today’s card is one I made for a special friend for her birthday. I began by embossing Basic White card using the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder. I attached a piece of the Harvest Meadow 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper to Misty Moonlight card and then the embossed panel. I attached a different piece of the Harvest Meadow Designer Series Paper to Misty Moonlight card and then the card front.
The embossed panel is attached to scored and folded Misty Moonlight card. I attached Basic White card to scored and folded Misty Moonlight card. I stamped the image from the Nature’s Harvest stamp set onto Basic White card using Basic Gray ink.
I coloured the image using Misty Moonlight, Dark Daffodil Delight and Dark Just Jade Stampin’ Blends. I cut out the image using the co-ordinating Harvest Die and attached it to the Basic White card. To decorate the inside of the card, I stamped the smaller floral image from the Nature’s Harvest stamp set onto Basic White card using Misty Moonlight ink. I stamped the greeting from the Peaceful Moments stamp set beside the floral image using Misty Moonlight ink. The stamped Basic White panel is attached to the inside of the Misty Moonlight card base.
I hope my friend loved this card as much as I do.
