Everyday Birthday

August 7, 2025

For my card today I embossed Basic White card using the Forever Plaid 3D Embossing Folder. I did leave about an inch at the top of the panel which I didn’t emboss. I stamped three different flowers from the Everyday You & Me stamp set onto Basic White card using Highland Heather, Gorgeous Grape and Blackberry Bliss ink. I cut out the flowers using the co-ordinating Everyday You & Me Dies. I stamped both leaf images from the Everyday You & Me stamp set onto Basic White card using Mossy Meadow ink.

I cut out the leaves using the co-ordinating Everyday You & Me Dies. I attached the flowers along the top of the embossing using dimensionals and tucked the leaves underneath. I also added a Basic Rhinestone to the centre of each flower. I stamped “happy birthday” from The Right Words stamp set onto Basic White card using Gorgeous Grape ink.

I cut out the greeting using one of the banners from the Beautiful Butterflies Dies. I attached a piece of Gorgeous Grape to the back of the greeting before attaching it to the card front using dimensionals. To decorate the inside of the card, I added three flowers and two sets of leaves to the lower left hand corner of Basic White card. I love how pretty these colours are together. The colours sit side by side on the Color Coach and work beautifully together.

Bye for now,

I love this card and the colors you chose work so well together. I especially like the inch at the top which serves to accent the flowers. Beautiful!

Thank you so much Jean. I am glad that you like it. I am a bit sad this stamp set bundle is on the last chance list.
