Joy Fold Christmas
For my card today I embossed Basic White card using the Traditional Wreath 3D Embossing Folder and attached it to the inside of a scored and folded Real Red card base. I trimmed the front panel before attaching a piece of Basic White card which I also embossed using the Traditional Wreath 3D Embossing Folder. I cut a smaller card base from Real Red card, scored in half.

I added the smaller card to the embossed panel on the inside of the card so that it opens to the right. I stamped the large floral image from the Christmas Greenery stamp set onto scrap Basic White card using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I coloured the image using Real Red, Flirty Flamingo & Old Olive Stampin’ Blends. I cut out the image using the co-ordinating Christmas Greenery Die. I attached the image to Basic White card before attaching the whole panel to the front of the Real Red card base. I stamped the greeting from the Traditional Labels stamp set onto Real Red card using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.

I cut out the image using the banner die from the Traditional Labels Dies. The greeting is attached to the card front using dimensionals. I stamped part of the same floral image from the Christmas Greenery stamp set onto scrap Basic White card using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I coloured the image using the same Stampin’ Blends before cutting out the partial image. I attached the image to the lower right hand corner of Basic White card before attaching it to the inside of the Real Red card base. This is such a simple card to create but I think it still has a real Wow factor, don’t you.
Bye for now,
Kris
