Virtual Album cards
After I finished creating all the pages in the 2026 Virtual Album Retreat, I had quite a few left over bits and pieces so today’s card is created using up some of these items. I attached a piece of Dark Secret Sea Two-Tone Paper to the left hand side of Basic White card. I also attached a piece of Hydrangea Hue Designer Series Paper to the right hand side of the Basic White panel. The whole piece is attached to scored and folded Hydrangea Hue card. During the retreat we punched pieces out of the paper which left a beautiful Crumb Cake/Hydrangea Hue frame. So I attached a piece of Basic White card behind the frame, making sure that it was hidden behind the edges.
I stamped the greeting from the Phrases & Frames stamp set onto the Basic White card using Hydrangea Hue ink. I attached the greeting panel to the card front using dimensionals. I stamped the outline flower from the Happiness is Here 1 stamp set (part of the Album Retreat product) onto Basic White card using Hydrangea Hue ink.
I stamped the solid flower from the Happiness is Here 2 stamp set (also part of the Album Retreat) over the top of the outline flower using Hydrangea Hue ink which I stamped onto scrap paper first. I stamped the outline three leaf image from the Happiness is Here 1 stamp set onto Basic White card using Peaceful Pine ink. I stamped the solid three leaf from the Happiness is Here 2 stamp set over the outline image using Peaceful Pine ink which I stamped onto scrap paper first. I fussy cut the flower and the leaf before attaching them to the greeting panel. To decorate the inside of the card I attached a narrow strip of the same Designer Series Paper I used on the card front, down the left hand side of Basic White card. I stamped another greeting from the Phrases & Frames stamp set onto the Basic White card using Hydrangea Hue ink. I liked the finished card, so I created another one just because I could.
