Beautiful Life

August 1, 2026

Today I have a page showing off some photos of a trip to our local bike park with our grandchildren way back when they were all much younger in 2011. I used a 1, 2, 3 Scrapbook Layout by Noreen Smith to cut a page of Paper Medley 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper. The Designer Series Paper pieces are all attached to White Willow 12″ x 12″ card to create two pages. I attached all my photos to the pages without adding any mats. I stamped the greeting from the Extraordinary Life stamp set onto the left hand page using Blueberry Bushel ink. I die cut Basic White card using one of the Extraordinary Life Dies and printed my journaling onto it.

The journaling panel is attached beside the 6″ x 4″ photo on the left page. I stamped “love it” from the Extraordinary Life stamp set onto Basic White card using Cajun Craze ink. The greeting is cut out using the heart die from the Extraordinary Life Dies. I attached the heart to the right hand page. I punched Basic White card using the 2-3/8″ Circle Punch. I stamped “everyday” and “moments” from the Capturing Smiles stamp set onto the bottom of the circle using Blueberry Bushel ink.

I stamped the heart image from the Capturing Smiles stamp set beside the greetings using Cajun Craze ink. I trimmed the circle and tucked it under the edge of the photo on the left hand page. I stamped the butterfly image from the Extraordinary Life stamp set onto Cajun Craze. Blueberry Bushel & Pretty Peacock card using the co-ordinating inks. I cut out the butterflies using the co-ordinating Extraordinary Life Die. I curled the wings of the butterflies and attached them to the pages using mini dimensionals under neath the wings and Multipurpose Glue behind the body of the butterfly. I love how these pages turned out and I love seeing my grandchildrens happy faces on these pages.

Bye for now,
