Pinecone Birthday
For my card today I used a retired circle from the retired Deckled Circle Dies to cut Basic White card. I attached the circle to a piece of Mossy Meadow card and embossed it using the Textured Tree Ring 3D Embossing Folder. The embossed panel is attached to scored and folded thick Basic White card. I stamped the image from the Frosted Pinecones stamp set onto Basic White card using the Hybrid Black ink. I used the Frosted Pinecones Decorative Masks to add Pecan Pie and Mossy Meadow ink to the image.
I cut out the image using the co-ordinating Frosted Pinecones Die and attached it to the card front using dimensionals. I stamped “happy birthday” from the Fabulous Sayings stamp set onto a narrow strip of Basic White card using Mossy Meadow ink. I cut a “v” in the right hand edge of the banner before attaching it to Pecan Pie card.
The greeting is attached to the card front using dimensionals where necessary. To decorate the inside of the card I stamped a greeting from the Phrases & Frames stamp set onto Basic White card using Mossy Meadow ink. I embossed a narrow strip of Mossy Meadow card using the Textured Tree Ring 3D Embossing Folder. The embossed card is attached across the bottom of the stamped Basic White card before being attached to the inside of the card. I really love this stamp set, don’t you?
