I haven’t had much time lately to play with all the gorgeous tutorials I have been collecting but I decided to try my hand at this fantastic tutorial by Sharon Burkert which is part of the October tutorials at Craft Project Central.

The tutorial uses the Simply Sent Everyday Elegance Kit  from the current Idea Book and Catalogue.  The kit comes complete with 8 printed and embossed die cut cards, 16 self-adhsive tags 8 each of the two colours in the kit as well as matching White envelopes.  Sharon created a very clever box and folio which holds the cards and a few extra embellishments to give to someone as a “ready to go” card kit.  She has teamed the Simply Sent Everyday Elegance set with some beautiful butterflies,  Basic pearls, Basic Rhinestones and the beautiful Whisper White 5/8″ Organza Ribbon to create a really gorgeous gift.  If you would like the instructions then simply sign up for the October session at Craft Project Central.

I love how this has turned out and think I know someone who would love it.

Bye for now, Kris.
