A Easter Card

April 7, 2012

Today I am sharing with you a quick project I made using the Framelits Labels Collection.  I really do love these dies.

I made Easter cards for my grandchildren using the largest of the Framelits Labels Collection dies.  I cut Chocolate Chip card stock on the fold lengthwise to give me a card.  I added a punched bunny to the card front.  I am sure that I have CASED this bunny from one of the many that I have seen online.  If it is your bunny, please let me know so that I can give you credit.

I used the following punches –

Ornament Punch – body

Large Oval – feet and ears

Small Oval (retired) – feet and ears

1-1/4″ Circle  – face

3/4″ Circle – Cheeks

largest circle on the Two Step Owl punch – nose

medium circle on the Two Step Owl – eyes.

I put my bunny together and then attached it to the card front.

I created the greeting on the computer, printed it onto Whisper White card stock and punched it using the Word Window Punch.  I added a Chocolate Chip Modern Label and attached the greeting to the card front using dimensionals.

I made four bunnies using Pretty in Pink/Whisper White and two bunnies using Bashful Blue/Whisper White combinations.

I printed a message for the inside using the computer and Whisper White card.  I cut the greeting using one of the Framelits Labels Collection dies.

They are really simple and were quick to put together.

Bye for now, Kris.
