Sunny Challenge 64

October 21, 2012

The challenge this week is set by me.  All you have to do is create a Triple Time Stamping card.

Now if you don’t know how to go about creating one of these cards, I will walk you through it.  You need to cut 3 pieces of neutral card stock. I used Whisper White, 5cm x 9.3cm, 7.5cm x 11.8cm and 10cm x 14.3cm.  You need to use a repositional glue to layer the three pieces on top of each other.  Then you need to stamp over the three pieces as if it was one piece of card.  I used two of the images from the Delicate Doilies stamp set and Rich Razzleberry and Pretty in Pink ink.  Once you have finished stamping you separate the card and add mats.  The smallest mat is attached to Early Expresso card 5.5x 9.8cm.  The middle piece is attached to Early Expresso card 8cm x 12.3cm.  Now you attach them on top of each other.  I wrapped the assembled pieces using Early Expresso 1/4″ Stitched Grosgrain and tied a knot before attaching to scored and folded Early Expresso card.

I stamped the greeting from the Loving Thoughts stamp set using Early Expresso ink and cut it out using the Framelits Bitty Banners.  I attached the greeting to a piece of Early Expresso card and trimmed the ends so that they matched the Framelit.

Ok so now for some more inspiration pop on over to Sunny Challenges and see what Vicky has in store you.  Once you have created your card, add it to Mr. Linky.  We had such a successful week last week, I am looking forward to seeing lots of entries.

Bye for now, Kris.

I love these cards Kris they have such impact and WOW. Thanks for providing the layout measurements too….for a huge procrastinator…it makes plucking up the guts to try one of these a little easier. The doilies look cool on this kind of card.
