Special Order Wedding Card
I love this card by Debbie Yates I found on Pinterest and when my sister asked me to make a wedding card for her, I had to CASE it. Of course mine is slightly different and I have used a retired punch on my finished card.
I embossed Whisper White card using the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder, attached it to Certainly Celery card and then to a Whisper White card base. I cut the heart using the one of the dies in the Hearts Collection Framelits and then I cut a smaller heart from the centre. I attached the heart frame to the card front, embossed the smaller heart using the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder and attached it over the heart frame. I used the retired Spring Bouquet Flower Punch to punch the flowers from Whisper White and Pretty in Pink card.
I added 1/4″ circles (retired) of Pretty in Pink card to the centre of the Whisper White flowers and attached Large Basic Pearls to the centres of the Pretty in Pink daisies. The leaves are punched from Certainly Celery card using the Bird Builder Punch and trimmed down to fit behind the flowers. I stamped “for the newlyweds” from the Teeny Tiny Sentiments stamp set onto Whisper White card using Certainly Celery ink and cut it using the Framelits Bitty Banners. I attached it to the card front using a dimensional in the centre and Mini Glue Dots on the ends.
I love how this turned out and thank Debbie for the inspiration. What do you think?
Bye for now, Kris
