Flowers for a Friend
My friend and neighbour celebrated her birthday recently while I was away, so I made her this vase of flowers when I got home.
I used the Petal Cone Die and Whisper White card to create the vase and decorated it with some Twitterpated Designer Series Paper. I added some marbles into the box before I taped the bottom closed to help balance the weight of the flowers. Unfortunately, this Die is on the Retiring List, so if you want it you need to get in quick.
The flowers were made following a tutorial I found on Pinterest. The flowers are made using the Blossom Punch and are attached to Florists wire. I used some Whisper White 5/8″ Organza Ribbon to tie around the top of the Petal Cone Box.
I made three flowers altogether from Ridinghood Red card and attached another flower at the back using Garden Green card to simulate leaves. My neighbour loved it and I do too.
Bye for now, Kris.

No way! You made these! Holy Buckets of flowers; they are gorgeous!!!
