A couple of Gift Cards
I had a request from one of the ladies at Beachmere to create some small cards, perfect for a box of chocolates or other small gift.
The thinking of you card uses the very beautiful Stippled Blossoms stamp set. The solid flowers were stamped in Pink Pirouette and the outline flowers were stamped over the top using Cherry Cobbler ink. Once the flower was stamped it was covered by a post-it-note mask before stamping the leaves. The solid leaves were stamped in Pear Pizzazz ink and the outline flowers were stamped over the top using Gumball Green ink. I removed the mask and stamped “thinking of you” from the Sassy Salutations stamp set using Cherry Cobbler ink, but your could easily use the Happy Birthday greeting from the same stamp set.
For the second card I stamped the background from The Open Sea stamp set using Crumb Cake ink. I stamped the world image over the top using Marina Mist ink and then stamped the ship over the top using Night of Navy ink. I stamped the birthday greeting from Bring on the Cake stamp set also using Night of Navy ink. These are such a great sized card to have on hand. You can get four of these from an A4 sheet which also makes them very economical. Each card is 10.5cm x 14.8cm, scored along the 14.8cm length at 7.4cm.
I’d love to hear what you think of these cute little cards.
Bye for now,
