Happy Birthday Ron

April 15, 2019

My husband celebrated his birthday yesterday and I thought I would share with you the card I made for him.  I embossed Whisper White card using the Dot to Dot Embossing Folder before attaching it to scored and folded Crumb Cake card.  I cut Wood Textures Designer Series paper using the Wood Crate Framelits Die.  I trimmed the die cut down so that it looks a bit like the front of a packing crate.  I stamped three small bottle images and one large bottle image from the Bubble Over stamp set onto Whisper White card using Crumb Cake ink. I cut out the images using the co-ordinating Bottles and Bubbles Framelits Dies.  I attached the three small bottles to the back of the Wood Textures Designer Series paper before attaching the panel to the card front.  I stamped the label image for the large bottle from the Bubble Over stamp set onto Whisper White card using Smoky Slate ink.  I stamped the greeting from the same stamp set over the top using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I cut out the image using the co-ordinating Bottles and Bubbles Framelits Die and attached it to the large bottle image.  I attached the large bottle to the card front using dimensionals.  Lastly I cut Silver Foil card using the bottle cap dies from the Bottles and Bubbles Framelits Dies and attached them to the top of each bottle.

To decorate the inside of the card I stamped the greeting from the Bubble Over stamp set onto Whisper White card using Crumb Cake ink.  I stamped the bubble image from the same stamp set using Smoky Slate ink.

A simple card, but one I know he appreciated.  Happy Birthday Ron.

Bye for now,

Kris
