New Beginnings

March 6, 2020

I have been looking at all the examples using the lovely Power of Hope stamp set to come up with new ideas and today’s card is my first original one.  I embossed Basic Black card using the Stone 3D Embossing Folder and attached it to scored and folded Real Red card.   I stamped the pagoda image onto Whisper White card using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.  I coloured the roof of the pagoda using a Dark Real Red Stampin’ Blend.  I cut out the image using one of the Layering Square Dies and attached it to a Real Red scalloped square cut out using the same dies.  I attached the stamped panel to the upper part of the card front.  I stamped the greeting from the Power of Hope stamp set onto Whisper White card using Memento Tuxedo Black ink and cut it out using one of the Stitched So Sweetly Dies.  I attached it to Real Red card cut using the same dies and then the card front.

To decorate the inside of the card I stamped the tree image from the Power of Hope stamp set using Memento Tuxedo Black ink.  I also stamped the greeting from the same stamp set using the same ink.  I added some colour to the tree image using the Light Old Olive Stampin’ Blend.

This is a lovely stamp set and it comes as a set with the Stone 3D Embossing Folder for FREE with a qualifying order during Sale-A-Bration.  Now is the perfect time to stock up on the things you need so you can earn some bonus product for free.

Do you like this card? Have I inspired you to earn this gorgeous bundle?  Let me know, I’d love to hear.

Bye for now,

Kris
