Happy Birthday

October 6, 2020

Today’s card uses the So Much Happy bundle from the Annual Catalogue. I began by cutting Whisper White card with the “happy” die from the Happy Dies. I embossed the section above the die cut happy using one of the Wrapped in Texture Embossing Folders. I attached the die cut and embossed panels to Granny Apple Green card and then scored and folded Thick Whisper White card.

I stamped the solid balloon from the So Much Happy stamp set onto scrap Whisper White card using Mango Melody ink and cut it out using the co-ordinating Happy Die. I stamped the starry balloon image onto scrap Whisper White card using Daffodil Delight ink and cut it out using the co-ordinating Happy Die.

I stamped the striped balloon image from the So Much Happy stamp set onto scrap Whisper White card using Granny Apple Green ink and cut it out using the co-ordinating Happy Die. I attached the three balloons to the top right hand side of the embossed card. I cut “birthday” from Granny Apple Green card using the Well Written Dies and attached it below the die cut “happy”. I also cut the small bow from Granny Apple Green card using the Happy Dies and attached it to the striped balloon. To decorate the inside of the card, I stamped “Let’s Celebrate You” from the Itty Bitty Birthday stamp set using Granny Apple Green card. I also stamped the star image from the So Much Happy stamp set three times using Daffodil Delight ink.

I love the finished result, don’t you. I’d love to hear what you think.

Bye for now,

Kris
