Gorgeous Posies

October 8, 2020

Yesterday on my Facebook Live, I shared the beautiful Gorgeous Posies Project Kit which is on page 8 of your Annual Catalogue.  This project kit gets my seal of approval on the colours alone!  Today I am sharing a card I made with the Gorgeous Posies stamp set which is the one you need to complete the cards in the project kit.  This stamp set has Distinktive style stamps to give great definition without much fuss.  I stamped the flower from the Gorgeous Posies stamp st a number of times onto Whisper White card using Highland Heather ink.  I stamped the flower centre using Gorgeous Grape ink and the detailed flower centre using Rich Razzleberry ink. I stamped the solid leaf from the Gorgeous Posies stamp set several times using Soft Sea Foam ink.  I stamped the detailed leaf using Pear Pizzazz ink.  I also stamped the “dotted” image from the Gorgeous Posies stamp set randomly several times using So Saffron ink. I stamped the greeting from the Gorgeous Posies stamp set using Gorgeous Grape ink before attaching the stamped panel to scored and folded Gorgeous Grape card.

To decorate the inside of the card I stamped the flower from the Gorgeous Posies stamp set onto the lower left hand corner of Whisper White card using Highland Heather ink.  I stamped the flower centres using Gorgeous Grape and Rich Razzelberry ink.  I added a couple of leaves stamped using Soft Sea Foam and Pear Pizzazz ink and also the dotted image using So Saffron ink.

Such a pretty card and so easy to create with the gorgeous images in this stamp set.  I am sure you will see me using this set lots more.

Bye for now,

Kris
