Well Suited Birthday

Today I have another Arrow Front card to share with you. I shared how to create one of these cards on my Facebook Live this week and another version yesterday on my blog. I followed the instructions on Lyn Dunn’s blog but changed the dimensions to fit our A4 card. The card base for today’s card is cut from Basic Gray card.

I cut a piece of the Well Suited Designer Series Paper to decorate all three panels of the card base. Reversing the pattern for the front of the card. I stamped the greeting from the Handsomely Suited stamp set onto Basic White card using Basic Gray ink. I cut out the greeting using the Layering Circle Dies. The greeting panel is attached to a scalloped circle cut from Basic Gray card. I attached the greeting to the card front. I cut the tie from the same pattern of Well Suited Designer Series paper using the Suit and Tie Die. I also cut the centre piece from the same Designer Series Paper. I attached the tie and centre piece to the greeting panel, reversing the panels to co-ordinate with the card base.
I really liked this card, especially because I don’t make many male cards, so I created another card reversing the Designer Series Paper panels. I also used Pacific Point ink and A4 card for the second card.

I think they look great, don’t you? If you haven’t created one of these cards, I suggest that you give it a go. They are lot’s of fun to create.
Bye for now,
Kris
