Happy Anniversary
Today’s card is a little bit of fun, I decided to use the duck image from the Stylish Sketches stamp set (FREE during Sale-A-Bration with a qualifying order) to create an Anniversary card! I embossed Basic White card using the Timeworn Type 3D Embossing Folder and attached it to scored and folded Soft Suede card. I attached a piece of Designer A Daydream 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper across the bottom of the embossed card and attached a narrow strip of Soft Suede card across the top.
I stamped the duck image from the Stylish Sketches stamp set onto Basic White card using Memento Tuxedo Black ink. I coloured the image using Daffodil Delight & Soft Suede Stampin’ Blends before cutting out the image using the largest circle from the Layering Circle Dies. I stamped the greeting from the Celebrating You stamp set onto the image panel using Soft Suede ink. The stamped panel is attached to a Soft Suede scalloped circle also cut using the Layering Circle Dies.
The whole panel is attached to the card front using dimensionals. To decorate the inside of the card, I stamped another greeting from the Celebrating You stamp set onto Basic White card using Soft Suede ink. I attached a narrow strip of the same pattern Design A Daydream Designer Series Paper and a very narrow strip of Soft Suede card across the bottom of the card.
