Thinking of You

January 26, 2023

This week in my Facebook Live I shared some cards I created using the Dainty Flowers 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper which you can earn for FREE during Sale-A-Bration with a qualifying order. This paper does co-ordinate with Dainty Delight Bundle which you can find on page 55 of the current Mini Catalogue. I do not have the Dainty Delight Bundle but this paper is so gorgeous it can be used as the focal point for your cards. For my card today, I cut a floral arrangement from the Dainty Flowers Designer Series Paper into a narrow panel.

I attached the panel to another piece of Dainty Delight Designer Series Paper which has a lovely washed background look. The whole panel is attached to scored and folded Mossy meadow card. I stamped the greeting from the Quiet Meadow stamp set onto Basic White card using Mossy Meadow ink.

I cut out the greeting using one of the banner dies from the Cracker & Treat Box Dies. The greeting is attached to the card front using dimensionals. To decorate the inside of the card, I cut a small floral bouquet from the Dainty Flowers Designer Series Paper and attached it to the lower left hand corner of Basic White card. I attached a narrow strip of the same paper I used as the mat for the card front. I loved how this turned out and thought I would create another card using the same components. This time however, I fussy cut the floral arrangement and attached it to Basic White card. The rest of the card is created in the same manner as the first one.

I think they are very pretty, but I think the fussy cut one is a little prettier. What about you? Which one do you like the best.

Bye for now,
