Crows Nest National Park
While staying at Crows Nest, Ron & I decided to do the walk to the Koonin Lookout at the National Park. We left early but being December it got hot quickly and we were very glad to finish our walk, although the scenery and lookout were spectacular. I cut a piece of Coastal Cabana card using the decorative edge from the Scalloped Contours Dies before embossing the card using the Timber 3D Embossing Folder.
I attached the embossed card behind the right hand edge of a piece of Enjoy The Journey 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper. The whole panel is attached to the left hand side of a Basic White 12″ x 12″ page. I cut Basic Black card three times using the tree from the Majestic Mountain Dies. I attached the die cut trees to the left hand side of the page before attaching my photos directly to the page.
I die cut Basic Black card using the hiker image from the Greatest Journey Dies and attached it to the lower right hand corner of the embossed Coastal Cabana card. I printed the title onto Basic White card and fussy cut the words before attaching them to the upper right hand corner of the page. The journaling is printed onto Basic White card, cut into strips and the edges dipped into Memento Tuxedo Black ink before being attached to the page. Another simple page but again it inspires lots of memories of this walk.
