Ravenswood
Today I have a layout to share which I created using the Woodgrain Wonder 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper. I cut the paper using one of Noreen Smith’s 1, 2, 3 Layouts. You can find her layouts here on You Tube. Once I had my Designer Series Paper panels on the White Willow 12″ x 12″ card, I attached all of my photos. These photos were taken on a visit from Charters Towers to Ravenswood to check out the White Blow which is a massive piece of quartz. My title is cut from Early Espresso card using the Mini Alphabet Dies. I stamped several leaves from the Paradise Garden stamp set onto Basic White card using Mossy Meadow ink.
The leaves are all cut out using the co-ordinating Paradise Garden Dies. I also stamped “Love it” and “One fine Day” from the Extraordinary Life stamp set onto Basic White card using Early Espresso ink. The greeting is punched out using the 1-3/4″ Circle Punch and “love it” is cut out using the co-ordinating Extraordinary Life Die. I added a couple of leaves to the back of “love it” as well as a 1-3/4″ Basic White circle. I did add dimensionals underneath the “love it”. I attached three sets of leaves around the “One fine Day” greeting before attaching it to the page. I also stamped the circle image and “photo op” from the Capturing Smiles stamp set onto Basic White card using Early Espresso ink.
I cut out the greeting using a retired 1″ Circle Punch. This greeting has one leaf attached behind it before it is tucked behind the photo on the right hand page. I printed my journaling onto Basic White card and attached it to Early Espresso card before attaching it to the page. I stamped the date stamp from the Joyful Squares stamp set (last chance) onto the journaling panel using Basic Black Hybrid ink. I also stamped the greeting “remember this” from the long retired Project Life Remember This stamp set also using Basic Black Hybrid ink. It is so satisfying getting these photos onto pages and off my computer to be enjoyed by my family and friends.
