A Wild Birthday
This week in my Facebook Live I shared some cards I created using the Wild Bunch Stamp Set. This stamp set is the June Product of the Month and is available for purchase for $9.00 with a qualifying $125.00 order. I decided to use the penguin image from the stamp set to create a joy fold card. I cut both the card bases from Basic White card.
I used one of the patterns of paper from the Beautiful Ordinary Life 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper and attached the panels to the front left panel, back panel and the inside panel of the small front card. I stamped three penguin images onto Basic White card using Basic Black Hybrid Ink, using a mask to cover the left image and then the middle image. I coloured the images using the Light Black Stampin’ Blend and the dark Daffodil Delight Stampin’ Blend.
I also stamped “happy birthday” from the Wild Bunch stamp set below the penguins using Basic Black Hybrid ink. I also stamped the penguin image onto the inside of the small folding card using the Hybrid ink and coloured it using the same Stampin’ Blends. I used my silicone mat and the Stamp Positioner to create a reverse penguin. I cut out the penguin and used dimensionals behind it to hold the front flap closed. I had so much fun playing with the Wild Bunch stamp set and I am sure you would too.
