Airlie Beach
Today’s page has some photos from a visit to Airlie Beach in 2024. There is just something about this place which makes you feel happy. The water and the sky are always an amazing blue. I began my page by adding three different Hydrangea Hue patterns from the 2026-2028 In-Colour Painted Patterns 12″ x 12″ Designer Series Paper to two White Willow 12″ x 12″ pages. I attached my photos to Night of Navy card before attaching them to the pages.

I cut the title from Night of Navy card using the Mini Alphabet Dies and attached them to the left hand page. I stamped the sun from the Summer Happiness stamp set onto Basic White card using Darling Duckling ink. I stamped the sunglasses from the Summer Happiness stamp set onto Basic White card using Smoky Slate ink. I stamped the camera from the Summer Happiness stamp set onto Basic White card using Smoky Slate ink. I cut out the sun, sunglasses and camera using the co-ordinating Summer Happiness Dies.

I coloured the sunglasses using the Light Hydrangea Hue Stampin’ Blend before layering the images beside the title. I punched one end of a piece of Basic White card using a retired Tag Topper Punch and stamped the lines from the retired Wildflower Celebrations using Smoky Slate ink. I wrote my journaling onto the tag using a Journaling Pen and attached it to the right hand page. I used the dies from the Splash & Relax Dies to cut Hydrangea Hue and Basic White card to create the flip flaps and hat before attaching them to the left hand side of the tag. I tied a knot in a length of Hydrangea Hue Bordered Ribbon and attached it to tag using Glue Dots. I simple page but one with lots of memories.
Bye for now,
Kris
