Retiring Forest Friends
During this month you are going to see me using as many stampsets from the retiring list as possible. I want to get them inky before I send them on to new homes.
Today I am using the Forest Friends stampset for the sketch challenge at Stamping 411. I started with a base card of Wild Wasabi. The Whisper White layer was stamped with a greeting from the Curvy Verses stampset using Chocolate Chip ink and then embossed using the Perfect Polka Dots Embossing Folder. I added 3 Pretty in Pink brads and attached it to the card front. I inked the tree image using my Chocolate Chip and Wild Wasabi Stampin’ Write Markers and stamped onto Whisper White card. I stamped the bunny next to the tree using Chocolate Chip ink. I added a layer of Pretty in Pink card and wrapped this piece with Pretty in Pink 1/4″ grosgrain ribbon. I cut the largest scallop square from the Scallop Squares Duo Bigz Die using Chocolate Chip card and added it behind the image piece. I attached the image panel to the card front using dimensionals. I added a bow tied with the Pretty in Pink 1/4″ grosgrain ribbon using Mini Glue Dots.
I am going to miss this set, its a really fun one for younger children.
Bye for now, Kris.

That’s so cute mum! The kids will miss this one too!!
