Vintage Technostamper
This is my creation for the Technostamper challenge this week. I had forgotten how lovely Vintage Vogue is to work with until I used it recently. This sketch gave me another opportunity to use it.
I started with Basic Black card stock and added a layer of Very Vanilla. I added strips of the First Edition Specialty Designer paper (first time I used it and it is gorgeous). I stamped the large flower from the Vintage Vogue stampset onto Very Vanilla card stock using Real Red ink. I covered it with a post-it note mask and stamped the vine image over and arround the flower using old Olive Ink. I stamped the small flower from the onto Very Vanilla card using Real Red ink which I first stamped onto scrap paper so that the colour would be a little lighter and then cut the image out. I attached the small flower over the large flower using snail and pierced a hold using my Paper Piercer and Mat Pack. I inserted a Basic Black Brad from the Basics Glimmer Brads.
Unfortunately you can’t really see the glimmer in my photo but trust me it is there in real life. I attached the Very Vanilla card stock to a piece of Basic Black card stock which has been punched along the lower edge using the Eyelet Edge Punch. This piece is attached to the card front using dimensionals. I stamped “thinking of you” from the Three Little Words stampset onto Very Vanilla card using Old Olive ink and punched it out using the Word Window Punch. I attached the greeting to a Basic Black Modern Label and then attached it to the card front.
I think this is a really pretty card and I know just who I am going to send it to.
Bye for now, Kris.

So beautiful! I love the pop of pink you added along with those newsprint banners. Fabulous design!
